China's next Scarlet & Violet set, Starry Crystal, releases May 15th and will pull cards from 2024's Surging Sparks. The set features a new Special Illustration Rare for Lisia's Appeal, expected to remain a China exclusive like several recent releases. China has been releasing compilation sets since 2022 to close the gap with the rest of the world, and at the current pace should be fully caught up within the year.
