The Pokémon Company International (TPCi) has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Excell Brands, its largest U.S. distribution partner. This strategic move aims to improve product accessibility and fulfillment as both companies celebrate their 30th anniversaries in 2026.

Excell currently manages TCG retail for giants like Target, Walmart, and Amazon, and will continue to operate independently while leveraging TPCi’s investment in systems and service.
