I highlighted this card twice in past reports. The purpose of highlighting again is just to look at the significant jump since June. This and the Gold Metal Pikachu were introduced as a part of the Celebrations Ultra-Premium Collection (UPC). This card has jumped over $5k since April. Where will it start to level out?
